Jam adhuruesi jot me i cmendur ne bote….je dhe do te mbetesh gjithmone ne mendjen dhe zemren time…ke mbetur dhe do te mbetesh ne historine e bodybuilding pergjithmone derisa kjo bote te ekzistoje……endrra ime me e madhe ne kete jete eshte qe te behem afersisht si puna jote pasi dite e nate vetem videot e tua shikoj ne you tube…madje me del edhe ne enderrat e mia duke me dhene leksione se si ta bej stervitje dhe do te ishte nderi im me i madh qe te beja dicka qe e ke bere dhe ti kur ke qene djali i ri ate lloj stervitje dhe me vone le te vdes por do iki shume shume i lumtur duke e ditur qe realizova dicka qe e ke bere edhe ti te njejten gje….te uroj me gjithe shpirt e zemer qe te jesh sa me mire me shendet…..

natural bodybuilders can show that you don’t need steroids to look defined and big, arnold done this in a different perspective, he showed the world that using steroids in the correct manner can win him Mr universe. His body in the 70′s and 80′s was absolutely amazing, he is without a doubt a real legend, nobody will take that away from him…….

Arnold obviously used steroids, just look at how he used them, he looks really big and defined, bodybuilders today are just monsters with bulging muscles popping out from every bit of their bodys.

l am a natural bodybuilder, l’ve never used steroids, but l can say one thing, Arnold in his day was magnificent to look at, he is an idol to me, don’t disrespect him.

(snapshit) – your comments on the photos are unfair. why do you diss arnold? maybe he did take roids but he didnt get to where he was because of them. look at the body builders today…. the only precision workouts they do is with the fingers when they prepare their fix*

arnolds muscles are beautifully balanced and proportioned, the body builders of today just look like blundering inhuman mass.
